Wow! I so rarely see movies before they are on television... lol.. don't wait for this to get on DVD or disc!!! Fo to the theater to see it! Go to the Imax theater! it is worth the extra dough! Trust me... I was so ready to be disappointed because when movies are hyped this much it seems like they never hold up to the hype. This one did! it was so much better than I imagined it could be. The visuals are spectacular! The movie made you feel the ugliness of war and beauty of spirituality! I want to go see it again and it was a three hour movie and I usually get antsy at long movies. It flew by! And I wanted more when it was over.

went to see it tonight, it was brilliant! James Cameron at his best. The narrative sucks you into the screen, also the very awesome 3D CGI, masterfully produced. You need to see into a digital 3D theater if possible to double up the joy and experience. Very very recommended!

yeah.. it is really worth seeing again. I am trying to get Lorin to go see it just so I have an excuse to go again.

LOL Dadfish... it made me hope that more of us would think about the indigenous populations around the world... there is a theme to imperialism. The folks moving in always have knowledge they must impart to the indigenous population... because the folks who have lived there all along couldn't possibly know as much as those able to travel vast distances to get to the new place. And they also always eventually have to turn the indigenous population from being fellow humans to being savages. It is so much easier to kill and steal from savages than from fellow humans.
