i did not mean they do nothing.im sure they all do great jobs.but keeping forums clean and chat clean is only a small part of being a moderator.i merely mean noone sees the effort the do in other aspects.and most will likely vote for friends

my post wasnt directed at anyone.but in honesty it will be friends voting friends.i dont know some of the staff listed.but that doesnt mean they do less a job that the ones i know which is why i dislike these types of threads

so you can see who is most online and who is better answer in pm,ticket,forum and who most play poker with people and ... yes all is good work and them really done job without know it.
but i think people fear vote for just them moderator.but them is like other people and it just game and it just vote lol

they dont do secret jobs.they may do important stuff to stop cheats behind the scenes.im a mod on a game.i totally disagree theres one better than the other.sure on my be better at tickets.one sorting chat etc etc.they all have strong points.that is what makes them a team.
