Tables v3.0 Released!

After almost a year since v2.0 was released, the poker tables have advanced to v3.0. This release adds a whole new user interface which should come a lot closer to software rivals of poker tables. There are also several bug fixes and new features that many of you have suggested.

I am still working on the new version of Blackjack to go along with this, and it should be coming along in the coming weeks. Let me know what you think, and if you have anymore suggestions or bug reports please post those as well.

Tables v3.0

As you may or may not have heard, v3.0 of the poker tables is currently in the works. I have several great new features in the works for this release, but I would also like to hear from you all as to what new things you would like to see in the new version. Even if it is just something small, it could go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Using bots to automate anything on the site is strictly against the Terms of Service and will not be tolerated. I have now implemented some measures to keep bots from being used to buy job tokens.

Straight Flush Bug Fixed

Thanks for everyone's help, I finally got this annoying bug fixed. It turned out to be a fairly simple fix once I found where the bug was. As usual, if there are any problems that arise from this update, please report them immediately.

A Few House Bugs

When building a room or demolishing a room in a 2nd or 3rd house, it will return you to the house you were working on instead of your first house.

Bank Exploit

I have discovered a serious bug in the bank that allowed users to get a lot of chips from nothing, but it is now fixed.

SnG Blinds

I just increased the maximum blinds for SnG's to 160/320, hopefully this will speed up some of those longer games.

Good News

I finally got my computer back! It sure did take them long enough, they had to replace both hard drives. So I am getting all my backups restored and all my software reinstalled right now. I have a big chemistry test tonight, so I hope to get working on some things again tomorrow.

If there is any rumor going around that I am abandoning the site, it is not true!

Well, the disk just now arrived today, but it turns out it wasn't the disk that was the problem. I have to send my computer back to get it fixed, which is really disappointing since it is just a few months old and supposed to be top of the line. They say it could take 5-7 days to get it back, so hopefully sooner than later. There is a computer lab downstairs, so I will try to get at least some small things done around the site, though as one might expect, the computer lab computers are less than great.

Updates...

Well, I had some stuff planned for this weekend, but my hard drive crashed, and then my Windows Restore CD was corrupeted, so I have to wait until monday when the new CD comes in the mail before I have my computer back with everything. Luckily I had backups of everything. Sorry about the delays.

I also sold one of my other sites last week which should help clear up some extra time for me to focus more on PokerRPG:-)

Sorry about not replying to messages or having any updates this week. This week is about the busiest week I have ever had and I just haven't had time. This Saturday is our homecoming and my fraternity has a tradition of winning the float, so I have had to be at the house working on it from 8 am through midnight each day when I am not in class. On Sunday I will start catching up on messages and going through the surveys to start fixing up the site.
