Freezing Bug, Fixed!

After extensive testing, re-testing, etc and re-workings, I am pretty sure I have cleared out about 95-99% of all freezing issues. This of course can't be remedied for 100% of users depending on system conditions, but if you haven't already, you should be noticing a large improvement if you had been having problems with this.

Freezing Bug

I am still investigating, but the good news is with the help of several users I have gained quite a bit of ground and am getting closer each day to fixing this very annoying bug. I have just made several large modifications to the server that may help or even almost stop these problems, but since I don't experience them I can't test it myself. So I need your help, please let me know if you see any change with the freezing bug from around 12:00 noon today to whenever after.

Remember, this only applies to when you have to restart your browser to get the site to even load again.

Chips Eating Bug Fixed!

Thanks to all of your support and comments, I was finally able to fix this nasty little bug! I am now focussed on lowering the amount of game freezes, but you shouldn't have to worry about losing the chips you have at the table if the game freezes anymore.

I have added in some debugging functions to try and pinpoint the problem, so I don't need any of these comments saying that you lost chips, I just need you to report in these comments the game id # and hopefully the hand id # if possible of when this bug happened. It is very important that I get several reports of this to be able to take advantage of the data I am collecting.

Cheating

You may have noticed a few users with unusually large chips counts a few days ago. There was a small exploit found that allowed this to happen, but it has now been fixed and any damage done reversed. Remember that no reward can be had from abusing bugs and exploits, so the best thing to do is to report them if found to improve the overall quality of the site.
