Only $10.00 in donations have come in so far out of the $349.00 required to get the new server. I need at least half of what is required to place the order for the new server. If you wanted to know just how good the new server will be before donating, here is the rundown:

Frozen Tables

I have now made it so that when a table freezes for everyone and boots everyone out, they will get the chips they had put into the pot back instead of just losing them.

Stock Market Changes

I have changed the way the stock market goes up and down to try and add a more realistic feel to it. It may act sort of strange for the first few days as it adapts, but hopefully the new system will be much more fun.

Minimum Bet & Enter

The bug where you could raise/bet any amount even if it was less than the previous bet/raise or big blind is now fixed. I also made the enter key do the same thing as pressing the bet button when typing in your bet or raise amount.

New Server - Donations Requested

As you may have heard, beta testing will be coming to an end in the near future, but before that happens we need to make sure the site doesn't crash from the expected buzz about launch. It is because of this that we are looking to purchase a new server, and not just any server, but a brand new, high end server from The Planet. If you have any money to spare, it would be greatly appreciated if you could donate to help us pay for the upgrade costs as we can barely cover the current costs with the ad at the top of the page.

We will only need donations to help pay for the first month of the server before we can afford to pay for everything with the income from the site. Play Poker Page Layout

I have changed the setup of the play poker page. The changes aren't big, but it should make reading the info a little easier. Less information is shown straight on the page so it is less cluttered, and now you can get extra info by mousing over the name of the table (yes, you can now name tables again). I have also made it show the infinity symbol instead of zero for max/min.

Blackjack

If you like to play blackjack then head over to the play poker link because it is now released. You can play by yourself against the dealer or with up to 3 other people. The setup is very similar to poker so it shouldn't be hard to catch onto the setup. As always, please report any bugs found as there are bound to be some with any new release.

PokerRPG Turns 1!

Yes, it has been a full year to the day since the public beta of PokerRPG was released, and many amazing things have happened throughout that time. Countless bug fixes, Tables 2.0, many new features, and many steps toward the future that is coming very soon.

I would just like to say thanks to all the beta testers that have stuck with it and would just like to let you know that all your work will be rewarded soon.
