Tables 2.0 First Look

Well I am currently on pace to have Tables 2.0 released either Saturday night or Sunday afternoon. Here is an early screenshot of Tables 2.0 at about 65-70% complete, so you can see a little bit of what you can expect in the great new system. Not everything you see there is final, and there are obviously some things missing, but that will give you a good idea of the direction Tables 2.0 are going.

Work is coming along nicely on Tables 2.0. I was planning on releasing them tonight, but some complications have come up and I won't have time to release them for beta testing until later in the week (Friday or Saturday), but they are well worth the wait:-)

Work on Tables 2.0 is underway, more information on the new system is coming soon. There won't be many updates over the next week as I will be working on this almost exclusively to get beta testing of it underway as quickly as possible. I hope to release Tables 2.0 by this upcoming weekend.

Random Ticket

There is now a button that you can click in the lottery page that will randomly generate a ticket for you so you don't have to pick all 3 cards.

You only lose your previous tickets if somebody wins, but you can keep getting 10 new tickets per day as long as the jackpot hasn't been won yet.

The Lottery

Finally a new feature! I think this is a pretty cool new feature too. Head over to the world map and click on the link that says 'The Lottery'. It is pretty simple, you can buy up to 10 tickets per day for 100 chips each. You simply pick 3 different cards, and at the end of each day, 3 cards are randomly picked like a pick 3 drawing. You have to come onto the site after the drawing to see if you have won and turn your ticket in, but if you don't turn your ticket in you won't win the prize. The jackpot continues to go up each day until there is a winner, although your previous day's tickets go invalid so you need new ones each day.

Betting Order

Alright, I gave into your demands and finally fixed the bug where the first to act wasn't the person after the dealer post flop. The reason it took so long wasn't that I didn't know the rules, it is just that I have been trying to fix higher priority bugs first, but this bug is now fixed:-)

Bugs

Over the past few days I have been quite busy, and I will still be quite busy for about the next week, so there won't be many updates, however that doesn't mean I am not working on the site. I am still going through fixing bugs when I have time.

Also, I haven't gotten anymore reports of the folding bug in the past few days since I made my latest changes, so I am assuming it is finally fixed. If it happens again please let me know.

Folding Bug Still

I realise this is a very annoying bug, and it is quite annoying from a programming standpoint as well since I can't seem to figure it out. I have put a new debugging system in place just for this bug, so whenever it happens to you (your hand folds automatically, without the timer running out) please post it on the forums or message me. Make sure you include at least the table id #, but some of the chat log would be of great help as well.
