If you get a royal flush, but don't qualify for the jackpot, you will still get the achievement now.

There was an issue on Blackjack tables that sometimes caused buttons to not always appear when a new player joined the table. This should now be fixed.

Another bug with Blackjack was found and fixed that sometimes caused things to happen twice (so you could have one a hand multiple times).

A bug causing various issues with Liar's Dice should now be fixed.

SnG cards not showing

Frozen Table Fix

A bug has been fixed that would freeze a table on rare occasions where two requests would fire at the same time to the server telling it to move to the next player (which it then would not do).

Bug Fixes

If a MT doesn't fill, but has enough to start, the orange box will automatically change to green without the need to reload the page.

If you enter more than 50,000 chips when entering a Blackjack table, the error message will work correctly and won't make the table stuck.

On some browsers, when you put your mouse over the info button, the information box wouldn't go away. This has been fixed.

Only mutual friends will show on your friends list on your profile page.

The friend drop-down suggestion tool on messages has been added to the points transfer page.

Updates

The server was briefly compromised earlier today. I've been working hard all day to close any security holes and have patched several holes. I've completely redone how passwords are stored, using a very strong encryption method. I will be working all day tomorrow as well doing various security audits to make sure everything is secure. Nothing appears to have been damaged on the site, but it would be advisable to change your password.

MT table switch bug fix

Card shuffling revamp

In an effort to continually improve the game, I have redone the code that shuffles the cards before each hand on both poker and blackjack. The old method used the built-in RAND() function which technically doesn't result in 100% randomness for some technical reasons that are beyond the scope of this post. The new code uses what is known as the Fisher-Yates shuffle, which is an algorithm that produces statistically perfect randomness, perfect for shuffling a card deck (more information can be found about this on Wikipedia). I find it unlikely that anyone will notice a difference, but I wanted to let you all know about the update.

Loan Stats

You can now see how many total loans and how many on-time loans a user has done from the Loan Office (just put your mouse over their credit score).

Blinds bug fix

A fairly remote bug (but a bug nonetheless) that caused an away player to post the small blind when there was only one player not away and a new player joined the table has been fixed.

Fixed Limit Hold'em

Fixed Limit Hold'em games are now an option alongside the No Limit that has always been available. These are only available in Cash Game form for right now, but could come to SnG's soon as well. As always, if you find a bug, please open a ticket and it will get fixed as soon as possible. Enjoy!
